Pelletizing systems for Thermoplastics, Type HKS

Our recycling lines with special screw design are optimized for processing light, not free-flowing materials without pre-compacting or thermal pre-treatment. Due to this reason no thermal and oxidative preloading of the feedings takes place. The modular developed systems will be arranged according to the respective application. The product range covers systems with throughputs from 50 kg/h up to more than 1.800 kg/h for all thermoplastics.

PET-bottle washing line

The advantages of SIKOPLAST washing lines are especially the Frictionwasher and the patented wet separation stage with integrated pre-flotation. Due to these we reach purity above the average - also with highly contaminated input material, for example bottles with a high part of paper labels and this without any additional chemical agents.

News & Innovations

SIKOPLAST presents a new generation of washing lines for PET bottles

SIKOPLAST’s washing lines for PET bottles have been established and successfully used for many years in the market. Due to a high degree of availability and low purchasing costs a quick return on investment is possible.

Equipped with the latest Siemens software allows us to carry out a remote maintenance at any time. All the maintenance and test functions of the system can be carried out worldwide via the mentioned remote service function.

A steady development of our demonstration and test plant provided also valuable findings. Today after the launch of these products SIKOPLAST delivers complete washing systems from a single source with an immense advantage in terms of cost/benefit ratio.
